聚合氯化鋁

我公司生產的聚合氯化鋁是一種無機絮凝劑,它適用于飲用水、工業用水和各種污水的處理。

生產工藝: 產品以優質的氫氧化鋁、鋁酸鈣粉和鹽酸為原料,首先以鹽酸和氫氧化鋁在反應釜中加壓反應 在聚合罐中用鋁酸鈣粉繼續反應成液體聚合氯化鋁,放入沉淀池中沉淀數日后用上層清液干燥而成。

特點:產品為黃色或淡黃色晶體,無毒無味,極易吸潮。 它是一種聚合物,起示性式為[AL2(OH)nCL6_N]M。溶解度約為50g.產品在水中絮凝后大部分陽離子形成沉淀, 在水中僅殘留少量的鈣離子和氯離子。每千噸水鈣離子約為0.2Kg, 氯離子約為0.3Kg,遠低于水中自身的含量。

  使用方法及范圍:產品在飲用水中使用效果較為顯著,其每千噸水投加量為1—5Kg。最佳使用范圍為PH6—8,在工業用水和污水中的投加量視水的濁度經實驗而定。

Product after flocculation in the water, most of cationic form precipitation, only a small amount of residual calcium ion and chloride ion in the water. There are approximately 0.2Kg Calcium ion and 0.3Kg Chloride ion in per thousand tons of water, it’s far below its content.

Using methods and scope: the effect of product use in drinking water is most significant, one tons of water per dosage 1-5Kg. The best use of the range is PH6-8, the dosage in industrial water and sewage water is depend on the water of turbidity visual experiment.
